At Pace Driving School we are often asked "how many lessons will I need?".  This is a difficult question to answer as every individual learner is different.  As the modern driving test is much harder to pass than years ago and roads are busier and more hazardous, the days of being able to pass your test in only 10 lessons are long gone. The DVSA, the people who set the test recommend, on average, 40 hours professional training plus private practice inbetween.  Some require less, some more.  We at Pace believe that as everyone is different they should be able to learn at their own pace.

Price is important, but value for money is essential, and with Pace Driving School we offer  what we feel is the best. We only have Grade A fully qualified driving instructors and have both female and male instructors. Between us we have over 40 years experience of teaching learners how to not only pass their test, but to be a constantly safe driver beyond the test.

Standard lessons, usually on a weekly basis are one way to learn. Lessons are normally 2 hours long, though other time lengths are also an option. These are on a 1-2-1 basis and can be arranged, within reason, to begin and end at a pre arranged location.
